Steps for Registering with CashAPP

1. Click "Pay by CashAPP" button above.

2. Enter the total amount due per person.

3. Include names of those you are paying for in the memo section

4. Remember to complete your registration form which can be downloaded and mailed or completed online.

Steps for Registering with a Check.

1. Click "Pay by Check" button above.

2. Print the registration form.

3. Complete the form.

4. Mail the form with a money order or check.
